Sadia Jisan Ritu is a dedicated and accomplished individual with a strong background in research, transcription, and the arts. Currently working as a Research Manager, Ritu has demonstrated skills in literature review, data collection, and critical thinking. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dhaka, where she also studied Spanish. Ritu's experience includes working as a transcriber, showcasing her ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

In addition to her professional and academic pursuits, Ritu is actively involved in volunteer work. She served as a Cadet Sergeant in the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC), where she honed her leadership, organizational, and communication skills. She was also an active member of the Dhaka University Cultural Society, where she participated in and contributed to numerous cultural events. Ritu is also a published author, with her work focusing on the mutual influence and assimilation of Manipuri and Bengali cultures.
