K. M. Emrul Hasan is a research-oriented development professional with hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and fieldwork. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka, his academic background is enriched by in-depth theses on the Chittagong Hill Tracts and online education during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He has worked with institutions like RAPID, the Centre on Budget and Policy (CBP), and the EDGE Project at Bangabandhu Digital University, contributing to research on labor conditions, healthcare, disaster preparedness, and governance. His expertise lies in policy analysis, field research, and synthesizing complex development issues into actionable insights.

Beyond academics and work, Emrul has demonstrated leadership through extensive volunteer work with Transparency International Bangladesh’s YES Group, organizing national-level events and workshops on governance, anti-corruption, and youth empowerment.
